Dedeman Vacation & Point System is an activity of Dedeman Realestate Development Co., which conducts hotel investments and operation for 40 years in hotel management sector through its hotels & resorts in the country and abroad.

Point system is Timeshare Holiday based on point exchange system that is applied for the first time in our country under the cooperation of Dedeman Realestate Development Co. and RCI, which is the leader of International Timeshare Exchange System.

All the reservation services concerning Dedeman Vacation & Point System are provided by RCI. In order for our members, who possess Dedeman Vacation & Point System Timeshare Holiday, to benefit the point system, their RCI memberships should be active. (RCI memberships of the year of purchase and the following year for our members, who had purchased Timeshare Holiday, is being realized by Dedeman Realestate Development Co. as a gift) RCI annual membership dues and other RCI services’ fees can be reached in the Prices & Points Section List.
