When will I be entitled for the first year usage?

If you have started your membership with cash payment, you are entitled to use it right away,however if you have started with split payment choice, your first usage right will start after you complete 25 % of the total amount.

When & Where can I pay my maintenance fee ?

You can pay your maintenance fee to Dedeman Vacation & Point System Head Office or related Bank Accounts until the end of January of each year.

Where can I make my reservations ?

You can make your reservations from RCI Dedeman Vacation & Point System Call Center as soon as you enroll as a member of RCI Points Membership.

How can I do my payments to RCI ?

You can pay with your credit card or you can pay directly to RCI Bank Accounts.

How may I make a reservation to some place where my points are not enough ?

You can use 2 ways;

a-You can borrow Points from your next year with the condition to pay its maintenace fee,

b-You can contact with RCI to rent up to 70,000 additional Points, on 1 year basis.

I own a double room, do I have a chance to reserve Connection Room for 4 pax?

You may make reservation to any room type equals to your points.

Can I request an extra bed in my room?

You can do this with paying its fee.( All rooms are limited only with one extra bed )

Can I have a chance to let my friends or anyone else use my points?

Yes, you can let your friends or family use your points with fallowing 2 ways;

a- You can purchase Guest Certificate by covering it’s cost ,

b- You can transfer your points to your friends who must be a point member by paying transfer fee.

May I arrange my reservations according to my points as I wish ?

You may make reservations according to the calendar of the Hotel / Resort Points Calender and with Hotels / Resorts that is possible to make weekly & daily use according to their available dates.

Can I make an airline ticket reservation by using my points?

You can only make reservation in DV& PS resorts & RCI affiliated resorts with using your points, you cannot use your points for flight bookings.

Can I cancel my reservations?

You can cancel your reservations under the cancellation policies as fallows: Reservations are cancelled up to 90 days 100% of the points are returned, between 89 and 46 days 75% of the points are returned, between 45 and 30 days 50% of the points are returned between 29 and 22 days 25% of the points are returned, no point returns are made for reservations made in 21 days or less.
